San Martino

We worked very closely with San Martino in Cardiff to develop and implement a bespoke feedback tool to help gather valuable information from their customers. Our custom built Android mobile application makes it easy for customers to leave feedback which helps the restaurant to improve their service as well as opening up future marketing opportunities.

Our bespoke Android feedback tool is currently being used throughout San Martino and in several sister-brand restaurants across Cardiff. With a powerful central database our feedback app implementation securely captures customer data whilst strictly adhering to GDPR rules. Once captured their marketing and quality control staff can rapidly see how well each restaurant is performing based on overall customer satisfaction.
